1. Data controller

2. What data I collect and why

• Name and email — collected when you fill in the contact form, to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). • Link to your current deck or website — collected when you fill in the form, to assess the project. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). • Requested date and indicated budget — collected when you fill in the form, to schedule the work and prepare the quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). • Billing details — collected once a project starts, to issue the electronic invoice. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). • Email for updates on new services — collected only with explicit consent, via a separate checkbox, for marketing communications. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), optional and revocable at any time. • Deck content and shared materials — collected during the project, to deliver the service. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); see section 5 of the Terms of Work.

3. Who receives the data

Data is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to run the site and the service:

• Webflow, Inc. (United States) — website hosting and contact form handling. Transfers outside the EU rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adopted by Webflow.
• Email provider — currently Google/Gmail (United States); migration to a provider on a custom domain is planned. This transfer also relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Fiscozen (Italy) — platform used to issue electronic invoices; receives billing data only.

This site does not use analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or profiling cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any new tool is activated. The contact form is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), an anti-spam and anti-bot service that receives your IP address and technical browser signals to verify that requests are not automated. Data transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. No data is sold to third parties. No data is used for purposes other than those listed above.

4. How long I keep the data

• Contact-form data, if no project follows: kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Contact-form data, if a project follows: kept for the duration of the project and the period below.
• Billing data: kept for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law.
• Project materials (deck, shared content): kept for up to 24 months after final delivery, unless otherwise agreed with the client, then deleted or anonymised.
• Marketing email address: kept until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to: access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw any consent given (for example, for marketing communications) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it), or with your local supervisory authority if you are based elsewhere in the EU/EEA/UK.

6. Cookie

This site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies required for the contact form, the infrastructure provided by Webflow, and Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-spam protection. No analytics, statistics or profiling cookies are used: Google Analytics and similar tracking tools are not installed. For this reason, no cookie-consent banner is present or required.

If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, this page will be updated and a consent banner will ask for your approval before installation.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example when new tools or new providers are added. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version.
