The Italian version of these Terms is the definitive version and shall prevail in case of any conflict of interpretation, as the contract is governed by Italian law.

This website and the services described on it are provided by Natalia Korikova, sole proprietor (libera professionista), Italian VAT number (Partita IVA) 02490620503, based in Italy. Email: packmydeck@gmail.com
Each tier has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing before work begins. Scope is defined by slide count and deliverables, not by hours. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. Rush projects are quoted individually and follow a compressed schedule agreed in writing.
50% is invoiced before work begins, and 50% on delivery. The project slot is reserved when the first invoice is paid. Invoices are issued as Italian electronic invoices (fattura elettronica) from a registered Italian VAT number. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies; outside the EU, Italian VAT is not charged. I can provide standard supplier documentation on request, including a signed W-8BEN-E for US clients. Final files are handed over once the closing invoice is settled.
Working days are counted from the Day 0 call, and only while I have what I need from you. If content, figures or feedback arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days. Feedback on the Day 3 draft is expected within two working days; beyond that, the schedule is rebooked around other projects.
Revision rounds are included as listed for each tier. A round is one consolidated set of comments, not a series of separate messages. Round one follows the first draft and may change structure. Round two follows final delivery and covers corrections rather than new creative direction; it is applied within two working days of receiving your notes, after which the project is closed. Changes that alter the agreed scope — extra slides, a new structure after the draft is approved, a different content direction — are quoted as additional work.
Material you share is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. I'm happy to sign your own NDA before receiving anything; where a signed NDA conflicts with these Terms, the NDA takes precedence.
I may show completed work in my portfolio, on this website and in professional materials, unless you object in writing within 30 days of final delivery. If you object, or if a signed NDA says otherwise, the work is not shown.
Independently of any permission given: real figures are never published. Revenue, forecasts, valuations, customer counts and any other commercially sensitive numbers are altered or removed before work appears anywhere, and third-party names and logos are removed unless separately cleared in writing. Permission to show work is never treated as permission to publish its data.
On full payment, you own the delivered deck and are free to use, edit and distribute it. Source files are handed over in editable format. Third-party assets — stock images, icons, licensed fonts — remain under their own licences, named on delivery. I retain the right to describe the methods and approach used, which are not client-specific.
Financial modelling and forecasting, market research and TAM sizing, competitive strategy, fundraising advice and investor introductions are outside the scope of every tier. I visualise the numbers you provide; I do not build or verify the model behind them. Accuracy of figures, claims and forecasts supplied by you remains yours.
Services are normally provided to professionals (individuals or companies holding an Italian Partita IVA or an equivalent foreign VAT/business registration) in the course of their business. If, exceptionally, a client enters into this contract as a consumer (a private individual acting outside any trade or profession), that client has a right of withdrawal within 14 days of order confirmation, under Italian consumer law.
Given the nature of the service — often needed on tight deadlines — a consumer client may expressly request, in writing, that work begin before the 14-day period ends. In that case, if the project is fully completed during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal is deemed exercised and the service fully performed; if the client withdraws after work has started but before completion, an amount proportional to the work already carried out is due.
If you cancel after work has begun, the 50% deposit covers work completed and is not refunded. If I cannot deliver for any reason on my side, the deposit is returned in full.
Deliverables are design and editorial work. No outcome of a fundraising process is promised or implied. Liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the project.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive and binding jurisdiction of the Court of Florence, Italy.
Note: for clients qualifying as consumers under section 8, the consumer venue (consumer's place of residence) may be mandatory by law and prevail over this clause, within the limits set by the Italian Consumer Code.
